As much as I support being environmentally aware and not poisoning the earth with chemicals, our planet has been around a lot longer than we humble humans, and its processes span hundreds of thousands of years. Therefore, we couldn’t possibly understand climate change thoroughly enough to make the claim that we alone are to blame for year-to-year changes in the weather.

Blueberry Muffin Tops
Remember that episode of Seinfeld with the muffin tops in which Elaine says that nobody bothers eating the stump? Well, if that’s you, try this recipe. They’re essentially cookies, but they taste and look like the tops of blueberry muffins… and they are amazing. Another one of my original, freakish experiments in the kitchen.
Ingredients

Hanukkah Hot Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients:
2.5 cups whole milk
1 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp cocoa mix (I like Trader Joe’s Conacado Organic Fair Trade Cocoa)
Pour cold milk into a small pot. While it heats up, add honey, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir. Add cocoa. Stir until milk comes to a boil. Remove from heat and serve. Serves two.
